Teenquit challenges you to face your feelings about smoking and quitting smoking. Congratulations, you've made the first big step to realizing that your habit is a problem and thinking about making a change in the near future.

Battle of the Pros and Cons
Before you can stop smoking, think about the pros and cons of smoking. Look over the list below. Teens just like you were asked why they like to smoke and why they should quit smoking. Select at least one reason from each category.

The Pros
Reasons why you like to smoke:

I smoke because my friends smoke.
It's relaxing.
Smoking is cool.
It's something to do when I'm bored.
It's something to do instead of eating.
